From me to myself
Christmas being just around the corner I decided to gift myself a new Camera. A Micro Four Thirds. An Olympus OMD EM5 Mark II
to be exact. Why move away from Full-frame greatness? The main reason is portability. When going on trips i.e. flying to places portability and minimum weight is priority. On my last trip to the UK I was more annoyed than delighted having a Full-frame DSLR with lots of lenses etc.. I already had to leave my tripod at home due to size and weight issues. A camera that fits into your pocket or shoulder bag is clearly a plus. Also, I am a fan of vintage lenses. I have tried to use adapters on my Canon but some of the lenses still don't quite work. My M42 lens gets in contact with the flicking mirror when shooting. That can't be good. No mirror, no touching. Can't wait for Christmas.
